In 2021, our founder Arjun Mehta spent three hours waiting at a clinic in Ahmedabad — only to be told the doctor had left for an emergency. There was no notification, no queue system, no way to know. Patients were arguing. Staff were overwhelmed.
That afternoon, Arjun called his co-founders Priya Shah and Kunal Desai. Within a month, the first version of CareLinky — a simple token queue system — was running in two clinics.
Today, CareLinky powers 2,000+ doctor practices across 40+ Indian cities with a full suite: token queues, timeslot booking, digital prescriptions, WhatsApp automation, and a national doctor discovery marketplace.
